Oh and the book comes with a CD as well, which my husband listens to driving to and from work. It truly is all about habit.We will be eternally grateful to Jerry and Esther Hicks - and Abraham - for sharing this so the rest of us can experience our own good fortune. We have a young daughter who will benefit from the positive principles described in this book and not ever have to "retrain" her thoughts when she becomes older.
IT REALLY DOES WORK. It has been an interesting and enlightening journey thus far - actually noticing how the positive thoughts snowball into more positive thoughts and actions, and likewise the negative. We began reading this book almost immediately upon receiving it - and immediately began putting into practice some of the techniques described in the book.
It's nice that my husband has been reading the book with me, because we are able to remind each other when we are getting sucked into our old habits. Since he does not have as much time to read the book as I do, it helps him stay on track. Just by changing our usual negative thought patterns we have already experienced an improvement in our quality of life.
I now have no doubt in my mind that I can have everything that I want.
The 8th CD in this series is different from the 1st 7, so be sure to listen it it. The ideas about how we attract/create our reality are quite significant. No need to listen in order, they have no order or sequence. For me there is all the difference between reading and listening to Abraham speak (through Ester Hicks, of course). The enthusiasm and delight that Abraham shows is itself a wonderful entertainment.

A truly wonderful way to get in touch with who you really are and why you are on this earth now. It also comes with a cd that I listen to over and over so all the information becomes second nature. I highly recommend it for those of us who are ready to claim our inheritance. This book is jam packed with insightful, life changing information. It is easy to read and understand.

This book is the culmination of the teachings thus far, giving practical advice and counsel for finding thoughts that align with our desires rather than with our fears. If, as Abraham says, the law of attraction is the most powerful law in the Universe, we are well served by finding better feeling thoughts and emotions every day and in every way.
